📖 The Story of Kamika Ekadashi
Kamika Ekadashi falls during the sacred month of Shravana when Lord Vishnu is in cosmic sleep. The Brahma Vaivarta Purana narrates how this Ekadashi can fulfill all desires (Kama means desire). A Brahmin named Prasiddhimat observed this fast and was freed from the curse of becoming a demon. The merit of this Ekadashi is said to equal donating gold, land, and horses.
