📖 The Story of Shravana Putrada Ekadashi
This is the second Putrada Ekadashi of the year (the first being in Pausha month). King Mahijit of Mahishmati was childless despite great wealth. Sage Lomesh advised him to observe this Ekadashi with his wife. The royal couple followed the rituals devotedly, and were blessed with a virtuous son who later became a great king. This Ekadashi is especially powerful during Shravana month.
